Thank you for your sponsorship interst for our annual charity golf event for WakeMed. Here are the following sponsorship levels:

Sponsorship information:

Hole Sponsor (at $1,000 donation level) - you can market your company at a dedicated hole, where you can interact with over a hundred business/healthcare leaders and supporters in the local community. You will receive the following as a hole sponsor:

• Your company's logo will be shared on our website
• Hole sign with your company's logo and website information
• Others in the past have set up tables with company marketing materials, swag bags and food
• We ask each hole sponsor to donate a recommended minimum of $1,000 to the WakeMed Foundation directly (below is a link to directly donate)

Part Hole Sponsor (at $500 - $999 donation level) - you can market your company at a shared hole, where your company's information can been seen by  over a hundred business/healthcare leaders and supporters in the local community. You will receive the following as sponsor:

• Your company's logo will be shared on our website
• A shared hole sign with your company's logo and website information
• We ask each hole sponsor to donate a recommended minimum of $500 to the WakeMed Foundation directly (below is a link to directly donate)

Longest Hole or Closest to the Pin Hole Sponsorship  (at $250 - $499 donation level) - you can market your company at a few of our fun competition holes where you can show your support for WakeMed with our other community businesses. You will receive the following as sponsor:

• Your company's logo will be shared on our website
• A shared hole sign with your company's logo
• We ask each hole sponsor to donate a recommended minimum of $250 to the WakeMed Foundation directly (below is a link to directly donate)
